Evekeo®	Evekeo® Copay Savings program (evekeo.com). If your copay exceeds $30 (insured patients) or $75 (noninsured patients), provide your savings card information to the pharmacist for a discount.
Focalin XR®	Focalin® XR Co-Pay Card (focalinxr.com/savings). Eligible patients pay only $10 for a 30-tablet prescription.
Intuniv™	Takeda Help at Hand Program, available by application, provides assistance for people who have no insurance or who do not have enough insurance and need help getting their Takeda medicines.
Jornay PM™	Jornay PM™ savings offer (jornaypm.com/savings). Pay $0 for your first prescription. Then pay $25 per prescription if JORNAY PM is covered by your insurance, or $75 per prescription if JORNAY PM is not covered by your insurance. Restrictions apply.
