Common ADDitude Store Questions
1. I made a purchase in the ADDitude Store but I don’t know how to access the webinar/download/eBook I bought.
If you were logged in to ADDitude.com at the time of your purchase, you can access all purchases made in the ADDitude Store by logging in to the site and then visiting your account page. There, you can click on My Order History to see all of your purchases and My Purchases to download any digital purchases (like ebooks) you’ve made.
If you checked out of the ADDitude Store as a Guest, you can access your purchases via the confirmation email sent to you after your checked out. If you can’t find that confirmation email and invoice, please contact us for help.
2. I never received a confirmation email with a link to my eBook or on-demand webinar.
Your confirmation and link are sent automatically to the email address you entered during check out. We can check for typos or other errors in your order; just contact us and we will help sort it out.

3. I thought I was buying an physical book that would be shipped!
All of ADDitude’s eBooks are just that — electronic books delivered via PDF, which you can choose to print and/or save to your computer. If you would like a refund for your purchase, please contact us.
